About Us

LADY BRUGMAN — EST. BELGIUM

You are not buying a dress.
You are buying the confidence
you always deserved.

This is not just a fashion brand. Lady Brugman is a promise — that every woman, regardless of her budget, has the right to feel elegant, powerful, and undeniably herself.

Where it all began

At 12 years old, Costanza Francesco had no atelier, no fabric, no budget — but he had a vision. He draped his mother, his sisters, and his aunts in the family's curtains and bedsheets, creating silhouettes worthy of royalty from nothing but imagination and an unshakeable belief: every woman deserves to feel like a queen.

They laughed. Then they looked in the mirror. And everything changed.

That moment never left him. Years later, Costanza went on to become a professional stylist — and founded Lady Brugman in Belgium with the same conviction he had as a boy: that luxury should not be a privilege. It should be a right.

"At 12, I used my mother's curtains to make her feel like royalty. Today, I do the same — just with better fabric, and for women all over the world."
— Costanza Francesco / Founder & Creative Director

"Luxury is not a price.
It is a feeling. And it belongs to every woman."
